I understand that having a correct description of transactions is important to keep track of which transactions are which. Generally, the information inside the description of the transactions could also be seen if we open the said transaction. Also, this information can be manually filled out while creating the transaction. I would suggest clicking each transaction to see if the information in the report is different compared to the data shown while opening the transactions.
