Thanks for explaining where the error comes up, I understand you have tried to troubleshoot it.
One thing worth trying first is running the report for a shorter period to see if it loads.
If you’re still getting the same error after that, you’ll need to get in touch with support so they can look into it further. You can either create a ticket through My Account or connect with our team through MOCA via Live Chat.
