Unable to run Receivables Reconciliation with Tax Report

To MYOB Support team, or any other community forum.I am not able to run a Receivables Reconciliation with Tax Report since yesterday 19.08.2026 till this morning.Error message "Something went wrong, try refresing your browser, if the issues persists, contact MYOB support"I have tried many other ways, changed browsers, deleting browsing history etc.&nbsp; MYOB Business Accountright online version, unable to generate this report called Receivables Reconciliation with Tax Report.Please help and contact Kim Paw - Tribel Accountantskim.paw@tribel.com.au

I'm sorry to hear you’re unable to run the Receivables reconciliation with tax report. As it works up to 30 June 2024 but fails from 1 July 2024, please try running it for a shorter date range, such as a month or quarter. If it still won’t run, please reach out to our live chat support through our virtual assistant, MOCA, or submit a case via My Account so they can check the file and investigate further.
