BPay details not displaying

Our BPay Biller Code and Reference have stopped displaying on our invoices in the last few days. I haven't changed any settings and the box for BPay in the settings is still ticked.

    Hey John-MGNSW,

     

    Since your BPAY Biller Code and Reference are no longer showing on invoices despite the settings being unchanged, our Financial Services team can help figure out what's going on. The best way forward is by submitting a support case via MyAccount, so they can check and guide you through a solution.
