Hi ryadre,
Love that you're giving the browser version a proper go! Just a heads-up: the customer dropdown in the browser will only show customers who already have existing invoices, quotes or sales orders. If a customer hasn't had any activity yet, they won't appear in that list.
If you still can't find who you're looking for, jump onto our live chat support through our virtual assistant, MOCA, or submit a case via My Account and we'll take a closer look for you.

Sai
Hi Sai
No that doesnt seem to be the issue. I have about 3500 customers and it only lists up to the letter K Im assuming due to the amount. All my customers have invoices against them, and the ones that do show up have invoices from the previous desktop version so its not that problem.
I tried the live chat but it basically kicks me out after a couple of minutes due to no activity since I havent had a reply yet.
Im also finding issues now trying to find items when creating an invoice/quote etc. It will list so many but not necessarily the one I need. For example the product code T20 brings up over 300 similar codes in Desktop, but in Browser is limiting the results and not including it.
So I have no idea how to invoice out those particular items when I need to. I have probably 30,000 items in my list.

Hi ryadre,
Thanks heaps for the extra detail. I’ve had a look on our side and can see others are running into the same thing. We’ve let our devs know and I’ve popped your name on the list of affected users.
Fingers crossed we’ll have a fix soon. In the meantime, you can use more filters on the Invoices list to narrow things down, or run a report and open the invoices from there.

Hi Genreve,
Can you also add me to the list of affected users.
I have been having this issue for a couple of years and it seems to be getting worse.
For some reason I have some customers that do not show up on the invoice page if I do a search for them.
The customer exists, but just cannot bring them up on the invoice page.
They are active, I can send them invoices, they show up in reports.
Just not on this page, which is how I quickly check if they have any outstanding invoices.

Hi Fifitz68,
Thanks for letting us know, and sorry you've been dealing with this for so long. I can see how inconvenient this would be, especially when those customers do exist, are active, show in reports, and you can invoice them but just won't appear on the invoice page search when you're trying to quickly check outstanding invoices. I've gone ahead and added you to the list of affected users so our team is aware you're impacted as well. Hoping we see a fix rolled out as soon as possible.
Regards,
Sai
