Thanks for explaining your setup and how the bulk emailing affects your workflow. You’re not missing anything. Bulk emailing from the Invoices list works for files that are fully MYOB Business online. For your two AccountRight desktop companies, even though you can open them in a browser, they currently only support sending invoices one‑by‑one there. The bulk email option isn’t available yet and has been logged as an enhancement. In the meantime, you’d need to bulk send from AccountRight desktop or email individually from the browser.

Hello Genreve.
Here is the interesting thing. Today in desk top Account Right March 9th I created 5 new customers each with different email addresses. I then created an invoice for each customer. I then logged out of desk top Account Right and logged into MYOB Business in the same entity. I then selected those 5 invoices and emailed them from MYOB Business. All emails were received at the selected email address. I then selected the statements for these accounts and they also were emailed successfully.
Does this mean that the enhancement now works. Would you be able to confirm this for me?
I also believe you can only bulk send a certain number of invoices in the one function. is it 20 ?
