Can't convert a Quote into a Sales Order

Hi everyone,   in the old Account Right I could send a customer a quote - they paid a deposit and I'd turn the quote into a Sales Order with the drop down box and apply the deposit. Moved over to ...

    Hi saltpan,

     

    The software's browser version doesn't have the deposit feature. Posting this suggestion on the Ideas Exchange board would be a good idea so other users can vote on it for future updates.

How is this solved?? 

This was a feature in all previous older versions of MYOB and is a standard business practice. Why is this not included now?? Having to convert orders to invoices also affects GST reporting and general profit and loss etc.
