Clearing Customer Credit
Hello I have a few customers that have overpaid by less than $1 and don't want credit or refunds. Is there an easy way to clear customer credit?

Welcome to the Community Forum.
If your customer has overpaid and doesn't want the money to be credited or returned you will be able to remove this, but you will need to create it as credit before you can just delete it.
I have attached a Help Article on customer overpayments on how you will be able to create the return for the $1 and then a Help Article on deleting a customer return so that you will be able to remove it.
