That's a strange one, especially if nothing's been changed your end and they've had access before. If the permission box is already ticked, it usually means something else is getting in the way rather than a straight-up permission setting. It could be worth getting them to log out and back in again, or even try a different browser or device just to rule out anything local playing up. Also worth double-checking they're logging in with the right email address linked to that user. Sometimes if they've got multiple logins floating around, it can sneakily cause access issues like this.
If it's still throwing that "no permission" message after that, best to reach out to our live chat support through our virtual assistant, MOCA, or submit a case via My Account so the team can take a closer look and check what's going on behind the scenes.

Have tried all the things have been suggested and still hasn't worked, I definitely think it is a glitch in the software as we have had issues with other things that normally could do then all of a sudden, it doesn't work then eventually people start complaining and it gets sorted. I also tried to setup another user account with a different email and it is still doesn't work. Would be good to sort as it is a nuisance and I have to add the contacts in for my staff member
