Copy of direct credit from myob pay

Am i able to get a copy of a direct credit using myob pay.   I have an outstanding invoice and a direct credit for the same amount, i need to check if i have incorrectly entered it to the wrong cus...

Hi NWLTS, 

 

Thanks for reaching out. 

 

I believe we're referring to the online invoice payment. Generally, after a payment is received you will receive an email confirmation of the payment that would be deposited the next day. Also, there is a report in the system where you can check these OIPs (Reporting menu > Reports > Online invoice payments tab). I would recommend checking this.
