Customer cam't pay with AMEX

Hi community,

 

Today I had a customer who tried to pay with AMEX however they couldn't - Is there some feature I need to activate to accept it through my online payments?

 

Any help appreciated.

  • Hi OnePic,

    There are times when, even after approval, the onboarding process with Amex can be delayed. However, looking at your account with the serial number ending in 3049, it is already showing as onboarded. This will need further assistance on the backend, so make sure to reach out to them directly. Please have the following information ready:


    Screenshot where the error is showing 
    Console logs on the page where the error is showing  
    Make sure to pay the exact invoice amount
     

    Make sure to reach out to our support team directly. You can reach them on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA or by submitting a support case via My Account.

      Hello,

       

      I see this has been marked as solved however, there has been no solution provided as of 27/02/2025m.

      MYOB are still looking into it.

      I've had to ask my clients to pay via paypal as a work around.

       

      If anyone else is experiencing this issue please let us know.
