Customer cam't pay with AMEX
Hi community,
Today I had a customer who tried to pay with AMEX however they couldn't - Is there some feature I need to activate to accept it through my online payments?
Any help appreciated.

There are times when, even after approval, the onboarding process with Amex can be delayed. However, looking at your account with the serial number ending in 3049, it is already showing as onboarded. This will need further assistance on the backend, so make sure to reach out to them directly. Please have the following information ready:

Make sure to pay the exact invoice amount
