Hi PPC01,
Currently, the software has no built-in option to send customer receipts after they make a payment. I recommend posting this suggestion on the Ideas Exchange board in the Community Forum. This way, other users can vote on it, and it might be considered for a future update
In the meantime, feel free to create a new thread if you need any other help.

I to have asked for this on a number of occasions. MYOB seem to be not interested in doing this even though I always get a payment receipt from everyone else.
