Duplicate customer

Somehow I have duplicated a customer account, and invoices sit under both. Can I merge the contact or do I have to move the invoices from one account to the other?

    Hi purchaseGV,  

     

    I can see how duplicate contacts can be confusing. If they’re duplicate customer cards cards, they can be combined, but merging can only be done on the desktop version of AccountRight.

     

    When cards are combined, the non-transaction details from the primary card are kept, while the transaction details from the secondary card, including any outstanding balances, are added to the primary card. The non-transaction details from the secondary card are removed.

     

    So in your case, you’d want to make sure the correct card is selected as the primary card before combining them.
