Can't understand why myob has decided this is not an important edit to make. Considering this feature is available in account right and other competitor applications. Myob have many customers asking for this feature.

Thanks for your post. Once you've recorded an invoice, the Customer field can't be changed. But there's a handy workaround that uses the recurring transaction feature to save all the invoice details as a template. You can then use that template to create a new invoice for a different customer. You may check this helpful article for detailed information.
