Entering a Sales Invoice

Good morning,    I'm wondering if anyone can help me. I cannot complete entry of a sales invoice. Each time i enter the information and press 'save' a message appears as 'one of more fields exceed ...

Thanks for posting and welcome to the Community Forum.

 

I'm sorry to hear about your difficulties in recording an invoice. This error message generally is connected to a contact in the file. I recommend trying to edit the customer contact to see if the same error appears. If the same error message appears, you can shift the contact from individual to company, or from company to individual and clear any characters for the other option.
