Getting invalid email reply when trying to email invoices.
I am emailing about 40 select customers their monthly invoices in MYOB business. For some reason some are working but others have the message invalid email address or no email address. Their email addresses are correct as I have checked plus deleted and inserted. I cannot delete the cards as they are in use with transactions. Why should this be a problem with only some customers? If I switch back to the same company in Account Right desktop there are no issues. But surely there should be consistency between desktop and on line for the function of emailing invoices. I was of the understanding that there should be no issues in emailing invoices using the same company that operates both in Account Right desktop and online MYOB Business but this does not appear to be the case
