I had to remove your solution mark as your post was not a solution.
I cant see a setup > preferences menu.
There is the settings cog in the top right>>sales settings but there is no option labelled "automatically email sales"

My bad here sorry! I've given you the steps to switch the feature on in AccountRight. In MYOB Business Lite you'll need to send the invoice manually once created and then you'll be able to set up your automatic reminders.
