How to delete smart invoices notice
I have to close this every time I go in to invoicing. How do I get rid of it??

Thanks for sharing what you observe about the new feature. At the moment, there isn't a way to permanently remove that Smart Invoice Reminders notice. Closing the banner is the only option available for now.
If you'd like to suggest that change, we’d recommend posting it on the Ideas Exchange board, as ideas raised there tend to get better visibility.
