The captcha when sending invoices is enabled to prevent fraudulent emails from being sent out.
Chris, it is unhelpful and delays the sending of invoices.
Please turn off, it is time comsuming and annoying when trying to send multiple invoices

For the majority of users that function will be disabled automatically by the system after a period of time.
While we do understand the impact that having that enabled does have with users needing to verify each time they invoice, its intention is to prevent the MYOB Business system from being used to send unsolicited emails from the system. This, in turn, helps the email system from being clogged with emails which would prevent true emails from sending or MYOB from "turning off" the email system for a period of time.
After a period of time, that function should be disabled for the business thus allowing emails to be sent without the need to reCAPTCHA. Apologies for the inconvenience caused in the meanwhile.
I am currently trying to email invoices and quotes, i have had to to tick numerous invoices and quotes since the upgrade. Some phoot verificcation came up as i was emailing aquote which i ticked. Now when i try to tick i am not a robot, nothing is happening get so frustrated that i simply task has to always devolpe into a drama on upgrades. I do not feel like speending hrs on the phone to try get his resoved.
