Invoice Activity column blank

Does anyone have the Activity of an invoice show as a blank column since Friday in  the browser version of AR even though it lists the history of emails sent correctly below the invoice in the More Information section.

 

Plus Account Right Premier (desktop) lists the invoice as sent by email correctly.

      Yes, same here.  Nothing listed in the Activity column for successfully emailed invoices.  I logged in on Friday not changing the date range to the full week.

        Hi Everyone, 

         

        Thanks for raising this, and I understand how confusing that would be. If you haven’t already, could you try sending the invoice by email again? That usually forces the back end to refresh and should update the Activity column. If it’s still showing blank after that, reach out to our live chat support through our virtual assistant, MOCA, or submit a case via My Account and we’ll take a closer look.

  • We have this problem as well and it causes excessive time waste to check if invoices have been emailed plus the need to record they have been emailed in the PO section.   Needs to fixed asap

     

  • This occurs frequently with my MYOB solo too. Noticed it is a known problem in community forums over a year ago and they suggested resending to refresh the back end but this is not an option for me as this confuses the customers and does not seem professional when they get the email twice. Frustrating and time wasting for me having to check within each invoice if actually sent or not!
