Invoice emails

Is it just me or do some invoices take a very long time to send? Some go through in seconds while others can take hours or sometimes the next day which misses the pay run of the customer so then have to wait an extra week to be paid.

I tried talking to someone about it today & they say it is emailing so its working fine, but obviously not when it takes from seconds to hours to the next day to email out of MYOB.

If there is a solution please help, it is driving me mad.

    Hi lostandneedhelp,

     

    While some invoices go through quickly, others take much longer, which is understandably annoying. This issue can sometimes be due to email server delays or the recipient's email settings. One thing you can try is checking if there are any patterns with the invoices that take longer to send, such as specific email domains or larger attachments. In addition, make sure that your email settings and internet connection are stable.
