Common problem if you search the forum for 'hacked' 'rogue invoices' etc. There are glitches in the MYOB system and when you use MYOB to email the invoice, sometimes it seems to pick up random data. Some of the data is coming from your company file, some from somebody else's company file. Despite numerous complaints, MYOB are yet to fix and prevent the issue. The invoice data is normally meaningless, and MYOB will just tell you to clear your cache and let them know if it keeps happening. Embarrassing, but harmless
'Faulty meta-data' is the most recent explanation from MYOB.

I constantly receive an invoice from a supplier that doubles up on GST.
Adds it to the bottom of the invoice as per normal and includes it in the body of the invoice. Have spoken to the supplier and they have no clue. Obviously happens after they hit send and it comes to me.
