we recently had 2 of our invoices bank details changed.
I would like to know if when the invoices are sent via MYOB and they have to open the invoice, is this secure?
Also, i would like to add a note to our email which accompanies our invoice.
Do you have any standard text re scammers and no change of bank details

If you have online invoice payments set up, your customers can click on the green 'Pay Now' button which takes them to MYOB's secure payment portal, and MYOB will deposit the payments into your registered account. If your customers don't use the Pay Now function but refer to any custom payment details added to the invoice form, the details are captured at the time of sending the invoice.
You can certainly customise the email message with custom text to warn for scammers, it's done via Setup > Preferences > Emailing > Email defaults. Additionally it is also good to warn your clients about emails pretending to be MYOB invoices, I'd suggest going through this forum post for more details:
