My In Tray says it is Loading for a long time & then says empty when I know that there are invoices in there. The main screen shows an error as well.
Hi,
I'm currently placed in a call queue and have no idea of the wait time. An AI voice is telling they are aware of an issue with invoicing customers but not about accessing invoices from your suppliers (which is what I'm trying to access).
While waiting, I tried their online chatbot and eventually asked to chat to a team member and this is what I got:
