Missing invoices

Hi there

 

Thanks for your reply regarding my missing invoice problem since the update from MYOB essentials to MYOB business.  I actually spoke to a customer service person yesterday and they told me to try looking for a lost invoice under banking, find transaction.   Which the missing invoice was in here. 

 

I originally was looking under sales, invoices and searching under ALL for status, period, and customer.  My invoices that had been ticked off as paid didn’t show up and appeared that they had dropped off the system. I thought this was the obvious place to look for them.  The only ones that come up in this search are overdue invoices, but no historical invoices.  Which is strange. 

 

So from now on I will look under find transactions.  Do you know of a better way?

    Thanks for your post.

     

    As per checking, the best way to look for those transactions is through Find Transactions window. If you're still having issues, please try to log out and then log back into your account. You can also use a different web browser to see if it will make any difference and the invoices will show up. If not, then you can access it through Find Transactions window.

     

    Please let us know how it goes on your end.
