Invoices sent via the SMS functionality in MYOB Business are currently experiencing delays in delivery. This issue has been identified as being linked to an outage affecting one of our service providers who facilitate the delivery of these transactions.

I haven't used the SMS functionality, and I don't think I'll ever use it. That would be even more unprofessional, to send multiple thousand dollars invoice via SMS message. I was talking about emails with the invoice not being delivered. However, emails with the quotes weren't have any issues.

If you're not using the SMS functionality and are having trouble emailing invoices, there might be another underlying issue causing this problem. In this case, it's best to contact our support team for help. They can look into the problem and figure out what's causing the email issues. You can connect to our live chat agent through the virtual assistant MOCA or submit a support ticket via MyAccount.
