Same i dont use it either just every now and then it wont send emails even though it says it has and i find gmail accounts the worst so i send a copy to myself and then forward it on just to make sure they get the invoices

However, since you are experiencing this problem, you will need to reach out to our support team so they can collect information from all affected users and investigate the underlying issue.
