Our team is currently investigating an issue affecting the invoice email service for MYOB Business and AccountRight Live, during this time recipients may experience delays with receiving emails.
We have also identified that there are delays in processing In tray documents, if affected your document may appear as 'scanning' for a period of time. The backlog of documents is being processed now.
