MYOB Capture app

When you use the MYOB Capture app to upload receipts, it rarely matches the Spend Money transactions.  I then have to go to the In Tray to match them.   Is there something I am doing wrong or is th...

I would have thought that you create the spend money transaction from the loaded receipt from the in tray, not create before hand, I have never seen an in tray item match up to any transaction ever.
