MYOB Capture
Hi, I want our employees to be able to use MYOB Capture to scan receipts and send them to the in tray only. Is there a way to limit access to just this?

Currently, the functionality to exclusively assign a user to the MYOB Capture app is not available. To enable access, you must assign a user a file user access level and ensure that either the banking or purchasing roles and permissions are selected. This will allow them to utilize the MYOB Capture app seamlessly to submit receipts to In Tray.
If you'd like to add this functionality in future updates, I encourage you to post on our MYOB Business/Essential Idea Exchange board, where our developers regularly review feature suggestions.
