Myob invoices

Does anyone else have an issue with our MYOB invoices?


I get an invoice from MYOB it has my client ID on it but I have no idea which client subscription it is.


I get direct charge on my credit card for my practice billed subscriptions and I have nothing against which to reconcile it. 


I spoke to Brian at MYOB this morning and he told me that even their internal systems dont have this detail


When I get my practice invoice from Intuit it has all the details of all the subs for which I am paying. 


Can I get this detail today please and can we fix this for future invoices.
