Hi sarahrigright - thanks for your question.
The quotes page has recently had some changes and you can now click Preview to view your quote as a PDF in a new browser tab - and then download or print it.

Thanks for your reply. I have followed your recommendation and what used to be a simple process now requires more steps for me to do. Which is more time out of my busy day! I hit preview and the quote opens with some long file name. When I download the quote it saves as Unknown 8 on my computer - so I then need to rename the file to the quote number. Or if I preview the file and then save it instead of downloading it - I still have to go and manually type in the quote number to be saved as the file name. How is this making things easier? Do your IT people actually test these changes before they implement them? Can we please get this fixed so the file opens with the quote number in the file name?????

Why would you make things worse by changing things and then when I ask for it to be changed back to the way that worked efficiently you suggest that I add it to a list for future improvements? Is there anybody in the IT department in MYOB that actually considers the end user when you make these changes? How do I raise a complaint about this change? Not that doing that will make any difference I am sure!!!
Why would be doing MYOBS work for them ?
Continually making changes for no good reason and then tell us that its an improvement
