Thanks for your reply. I have followed your recommendation and what used to be a simple process now requires more steps for me to do. Which is more time out of my busy day! I hit preview and the quote opens with some long file name. When I download the quote it saves as Unknown 8 on my computer - so I then need to rename the file to the quote number. Or if I preview the file and then save it instead of downloading it - I still have to go and manually type in the quote number to be saved as the file name. How is this making things easier? Do your IT people actually test these changes before they implement them? Can we please get this fixed so the file opens with the quote number in the file name?????
