Omit Zero Balance Customers

When I run the Receivables reconciliation with tax and Customer transactions reports and print to PDF, they generate with zero balance customers. These customers don't appear on the browser page of these reports, just when exporting the report to PDF. Is there a way to omit these from the reports?

    Hey rruwan 

    I've tested it from my end and don't have any issues with zero balance customers coming onto the PDF export of the two reports you mentioned. 

    A few things to try:

    • can you test exporting the report from a different web browser? (I'm using Google Chrome and am not running into an issue).
    • are you running into the issue when you select the "View and Print" option in the report, does the same issue happen when you select "Export > PDF"? 

    If the problem persists, I'd recommend raising a support ticket from your My Account dashboard or reach out to live chat through MOCA  and we can take a deeper look into it.

      Hi Amanda,

      Thanks for looking into this so soon.

      To reply to your tips:

      • My default browser is Google Chrome. However, I tried using Microsoft Edge and still have the same issues.
      • The issue happens using both methods of generating the reports to pdf.

      If that's all you can recommend, I'll raise a ticket.
