    Thank you for your post. May I extend a warm welcome to the MYOB Community Forum. 


    You are right, once it is showing as Emailed, it does mean that the Quote was sent to your customer. At the moment, there is no other option to know if they did receive it and this is still a feature being discussed in our Product Ideas board.

    Should there be a date next to the "emailed" line item if the quote was sent?

    I have a screenshot of what I am referring. 

    This site isn't letting me upload it. It looks like:

     

     

     

    Created invoice               0000052              1/06/23

    Emailed

    Created                                                            11/04/23

      I was able to check this with the team. There is only a date next to Created and not Emailed. In this case, I would suggest posting this idea on our Product Ideas Board so that others can vote for it as well.

      All of my quote pages appear the same, date the quote was created, then simply "Emailed".

      With the ability to update the quote and re-save it it would be ideal if their was a date next to each time it was emailed.

      obviously the flaw sits with my own process, I will now insist on a formal response to the quote before proceeding with carrying out the work.
