Quote Expiry setting
We would like to see an option to set the quote expiry terms (eg 30 days) so that it doesn't automatically go back to 1 day on the next quote created.

There is an option to set your payment terms so that it would apply to newly created ones as well. You will need to Click on your business name >> Sales Settings >> Payments >> Payment terms >> Save.
