Recurring Invoices

Last week I made 17 recurring invoices that were due to be sent today 2/7/25. They are nowhere to be found. Where are they? they are not where you would expect in Sales>Invoices. They should have been sent today.

  • I had the same issue and hit the reset button on the Invoices page. This fixed the issue with all invoices reappearing. Unfortunately the emails are now not sending.

      Hey CDM2,

       

      Looks like those invoices are playing up again. Start by checking whether they’re being sent automatically as planned or if they’re stuck showing up as "sending." If they aren’t going out at all, it’s worth confirming that the Frequency was properly set up during creation. On the other hand, if they’re stuck in "sending" mode, have a look to see if the email made its way to the recipient’s inbox. If nothing’s been received and the status still hasn’t changed, it’s time to reach out to our team via Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA, or by submitting a support case via MyAccount. They’ll dig into it and get everything sorted for you.

    Hey Infinity10744,

     

    Your recurring invoices haven’t disappeared. They’re hanging out in the Banking section instead. You’ll want to head into Banking, then select Recurring Transactions, and you’ll find them there. For more info, don't hesitate to check this link. Once you’ve checked them out, you can make sure everything’s set to go.

      Another month. Despite your reply there are no invoices in Banking >Recurring Transactions only the Schedule Name template which I have used to create 16 new invoices for this month by filling in the customer name and saving. Again they are nowhere to be found. I tried making a schedule name for a few customers but even then you can't send them. What am I doing wrong????

        Hey Infinity10744,

         

        You’re absolutely smashing it with the detail you’ve given. From what you’ve described, you’re probably not doing anything wrong at all. It'd be best to reach out to our team on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA, or by submitting a support case via MyAccount. They'll be able to check what's going on behind scenes and why recurring invoices aren't showing up.
