Its February 2024 and I am again being nagged every invoice to set up early invoice payments with Butn. I have no interest in your finance facility and do not want to receive any invitations. These stupid reminders do not even offer a do not show option. I want them gone NOW. As read above i dont believe you should be allowed to harass your customers with repeated Credit invitations. Turn it off NOW. I dont want to enquire with the ACCC.

andanotherthing - when i live chatted to them this morning, they knew nothing about it, wanted screen shots and for me to clear the cache :-) I don't think there is anything happening fast. I am so annoyed about it. I feel like it's a 'how dare they' when we pay for the product.

Butn is owned by MYOB which makes it worse.It is possible to get it removed, and no one could tell me how it got there or how i opted in to it.
Unless i contact AFCA i would have been stuck on this forum in never never land.
The dont show again was the worst one. Senior Dev's are aware of this thread i mentioned it in my case.

I have also es calated - MYOB case number 01589568. Ill update if anything happens although I doubt it :-)
