Setting the invoice (and other document) numbering format

I see here that it seems to be possible, with some effort, to teach MYOB how to number invoices. In MYOB Business (Lite) in particular, how much can be taught? This is difficult to experiment with be...

Hi hraftery 

 

Thanks for your post. The invoice numbering will only remember numbers, so it won't retain the additional letters of INV. Also, invoice numbers do need to be 8 characters long and so leading zeros will be added if the Auto # is overwritten with less than 8 digits.
