I'm interested in this thread solution. We have noted that even why the supplier is noted on the bill, the details do not show on the memo fields in the GL for some bills at random. It is frustrating as these bills appear to be missing on a supplier search, but are correctly entered with supplier details in MYOB. The supplier NB is not marked inactive

You’ve laid things out clearly, especially with those bills showing the correct supplier yet not appearing in supplier searches, and you’ve already checked that the supplier isn’t inactive, which helps narrow things down. It’s worth giving a whirl on a different browser to see if the search behaves properly there. Chrome’s the best bet, but Firefox, Safari 6 or later, and Microsoft Edge all do a solid job too.
