Voting for an idea is crucial as it allows our developers to identify high demand features and prioritise them accordingly. Our development team closely monitors the Ideas board, and ideas with more votes move up on our priority list. Conversely, ideas with fewer votes are considered a lower priority due to perceived lower demand. Since the idea you mentioned was posted two years ago and has only 16 votes, I recommend reposting it on our Ideas board to attract more attention and votes, helping us gauge its importance to our users.

That is of course a possibility. Another possibility for people not voting for it, is that people are busy and don't bother. Surely many users feel frustrated having to change the payment terms every time they enter a bill. That should be obvious for the developers without us having to vote for it.
