Upload viewing

Why can I no longer 'view' an upload without downloading it first?? (see picture) This is so time consuming and makes more work for me.

    Thanks. The advice above had no impact, however I seem to have solved the problem by switching to Microsoft Edge browser. For the record, I was using Chrome.

Hey kestrel2​,

 

We've checked this on our end and found that documents uploaded can actually be viewed without downloading. You can log out and log back in to see if it does the trick. If it’s still being stubborn, it’s a good idea to get in touch with our team. You can reach them on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA, or by submitting a support case via MyAccount.
