Viewing details on the In Tray homepage
Does anyone know whether it is possible to change the settings so that more detail shows on the homepage of the In Tray? For example, any details employees have added via Capture?

Thanks for your post, and welcome to the Community Forum! Currently, there is no way to do this within the existing features of the software. I would recommend posting this idea on our product ideas page. This way, our developers may see it, and hopefully, they might include this in a future update.
