Why is it impossible to change the tax code in the chart of accounts?

My business is not registered for GST and I clicked No in the business settings for GST. Why is the tax code still set to GST in some of the categories? Why is it impossible to change the tax code for categories in the chart of accounts on MYOB? Thank you.
