Hi Dizzyswinger,
The system should ideally show the latest entries first, so make sure your filters are cleared, and you can also try sorting the list by date to bring the latest ones to the top. Viewing invoices provides a detailed guide to help you with your problem.
On mobile, see if there's an option to change the sorting from newest to oldest. That might save you from all the scrolling.
