Important updates for MYOB Invoice and MYOB Capture apps 17/09/2025 *Australian Customers

Hi everyone,

With the exciting launch of the new MYOB Assist app in Australia, this means there will be some changes to the availability of the MYOB Invoice and MYOB Capture apps.

 

For customers in New Zealand - there is no change to these apps or their availability.
For Australian customers, please see the below.

 

The MYOB Invoice and MYOB Capture apps are no longer available for download as of the 16th September when the MYOB Assist app was launched.

These two apps will be retired at the end of November 2025.

    We have released a new version of the MYOB Capture app for NZ to resolve the issue. Once you update to the latest version you should be all good to go.

    I am in NZ but we have no staff members able to use the Capture app.. it looks like it's loading but never does. Is there an issue with the  NZ Capture as well?

    Hi 2Vinnie5​,

     

    Thanks for the feedback. Right now, the MYOB Assist app lets you send invoices and capture expenses. If you need to create a quote, you’ll need to do it from your file for now. We’re always improving the product, so we’ll pass this on to the product team for consideration.

  • Where is 'Quotes' in this new Assist app, MYOB Invoice provided access to Invoices AND Quotes, why does the new app have less functions than the 2 old apps? 

    I hope the MYOB Invoice app keeps working until you add Quotes to MYOB Assist!
