Hi Daph1,
Noticed you’ve already given OneDrive and a fresh file install a proper go. However, In Tray documents are still hiding away on your desktop while they’re happily showing in the online version. Since you’ve gone through those steps and the docs are still playing hard to get, we'd recommend reaching out to our team on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA, or by submitting a support case via MyAccount.
