In Tray not accepting Documents

Hi all

I have noted a previous thread on this, but I am still experiencing the same issue.  My file also will not show any documents in the In Tray - even when I know they are there as they are in the online version.

I have also downloaded the latest file and installed that onto my desktop but it has not cleared this issue.

Any thoughts?

    Thank you ErinsANCS for taking the time to reply... maybe my issue (no Capture App in iOS store) is included in this. Unfortunately, the work around offered doesn't work for me. I hope both the In Tray and Capture App are returned to full functionality asap as they have become essential for many users' workflow.

    Yes, I was trying to use Capture as usual, but before I noticed the In Tray issue. Capture wasn't working properly at first, then at all, and I ended up deleting the app with the intention to reinstall. But MYOB Capture app is nowhere to be found on the iOS App store!!!! I heavily rely on this app for my work processes and can't afford the extra time it would take to scan, attach to email and send to In Tray. 

    **MYOB - I can't see a current update on the Capture App, only the In Tray. Please be aware MYOB Capture is not appearing on the app store after deleting, I am sure there are other users who are having trouble with Capture, such as SilvanaFCC above.

    Hi PalletcoSA,

    Thanks for raising this! We’re aware that our Intray/Uploads is down right now. Our team’s already on it and working to get things sorted.

    Me too, in Tray not working, and can't use Capture to upload photos either.  Driving me mad !!

    I am having the same problem so is another user in the office!
    Also all documents uploaded to the in tray have disapeared...

    I'm having the same issue - only started today - In Tray not working.  On the Command Centre the In Tray is greyed out with a big red exclamation mark next to it?

    Hi Daph1,

     

    Noticed you’ve already given OneDrive and a fresh file install a proper go. However, In Tray documents are still hiding away on your desktop while they’re happily showing in the online version. Since you’ve gone through those steps and the docs are still playing hard to get, we'd recommend reaching out to our team on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA, or by submitting a support case via MyAccount. They’ll dig deeper into what’s going on behind the scenes.
