IP Address Range

Hi - is there a list of Public IP address we can allow through our email system as we are having alot of outgoing emails blocked by mimecast

    Thanks for reaching out. MYOB Exo Business doesn't interact with email via any MYOB email addresses, so there are no public IP Address ranges Exo business uses that can affect your emails.

     

    If you can give us some more details about your problem, we should be able to help more. Exampels of information that will help are:

    1. Which Executable are you using when you have problems?

    2. What problem exactly are you having?

      1. Are you seeing errors on screen?

      2. Are you getting error reports back from customer email servers?

      3. Are customers saying they don't get your emails?

      4. Are customers saying your emails don't look right?

    3. How often are you having problems?

    4. Are you sending emails using Option 1 or 2:

      1. Exonet SMTP Sender

      2. Default Email Client (Outlook/MAPI)

    5. Who are your email services provided by?
      With more businesses switching to Exchange Online/other online services, we've heard of people having problems with their send limits, because when they do a statement run they accidentally send more messages per hour than their email provider allows.
